Steps:
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- A 6-digit OTP code will be sent to that number — usually within 1–2 minutes.
- Enter the code in the designated field. The code must be used within 5 minutes.
- Set a new password — at least 8 characters, ideally including one uppercase letter and one number.
- Log in with your new password.

Yes, you can change the registered mobile number on your Mega Bets account, but for security reasons this must be done with assistance from the support team.
Process:
- If you can still log in with your old number: go to Account Settings → Profile → Change Mobile Number, enter your new number, and verify with OTP.
- If you can no longer access that number: contact us via live chat or support@megabets.siteto get in touch.
- You may be asked to provide your National ID or account registration details for identity verification.
- Once verified, your new number will be updated within 24–48 hours.
For other account changes such as updating your name or email, contact support — note that these changes are typically limited to a set number of times.

How it's calculated:
Total payout = Stake × Odds
- Odds 1.85 — A ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,850 on a win (stake included). Profit = ৳850.
- Odds 2.00 — Bet ৳1,000 and if you win, you get ৳2,000. Profit = ৳1,000.
- Odds 3.50 — Bet ৳500 and if you win, you get ৳1,750. Profit = ৳1,250.
The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the greater the reward. Odds never go below 1.00. You can change the odds format to Fractional or American from Settings.
Mega Bets offers two features — a real-time score tracker and live streaming for selected matches.
To view live scores:
- Log in and go to the Sports or Live section.
- Look for the scoreboard icon next to an ongoing match and click on it.
- See real-time data including ball-by-ball updates, cards, and goals.
To watch live streaming:
- To access live streaming, you need to have a balance in your account or an active bet.
- You'll see a camera icon next to matches that support live streaming.
- Clicking the icon will launch the stream directly within the site.
Not all matches are available for streaming — due to licensing restrictions, some matches are only available via the score tracker.
